Eilleen West, an attorney whose practice centers on residential real estate law, provides the following real estate related services to clients throughout Westchester County and the lower Hudson Valley:

• Representation of clients in the purchase and sale of houses, condominiums and cooperative apartments.
  
• Representation of borrowers and lenders in mortgage and refinancing transactions.
  
• Representation of clients who need help renegotiating the terms of their mortgage, or who are trying to get lender approval for a "short sale".  
  
• Representation of homeowners in real estate related disputes, including foreclosures, partition, and actions involving questions of title.
